Known as the "Mad King", Zybil was once a ruler of Riene. His body was entombed with the Demon of Riene but his consciousness typically wanders and disturbs many people including Nexus.

Mad as he is, Zybil tends to gab incessantly, speaking about alternate realities and dimensions, and occasionally espousing the claim that this reality is merely a form of entertainment for an outer dimension.
